Summer Fling

I ate this for dinner the other night.



Yes, that's right. It looks like it was made for a magazine spread doesn't it? Envy me a bit, won't you?

This dinner was brought to you courtesy of the Vancouver Farmers' Market and the lettuce trees growing in my garden patch. Trader Joes provided the Pollo Asado (which is practically like shopping at the farmers' market - you can feel virtuous and excited about your food purchases all in one!).

Now if I could get my act together and eat like this all year around!
